Shipping & Returns Policy

At Ashley's Apothecary, our goal is to get your products to you as quickly as possible, without compromising on quality. 

In the unlikely event that there is an issue with your order, we will resolve it as quickly and effectively as possible. 

 

Shipping:

Ours products are handmade by us, so we ask you to allow 7 working days for products to be made. Parcels will be carefully wrapped and boxed in eco packaging for you to re-use, recycle or compost.  

  • Standard P&P (£3.95) - 3-5 days (not including Sundays and Bank Holidays)
  • Express P&P (£6.95) - 1-2 days (not including Sundays and Bank Holidays)
  • Free standard P&P on orders over £45

Due to the current restrictions in place as a result of Covid-19, couriers are sometimes taking longer than their advertised shipping times. We thank you for your patience!

For custom requests including favours, shipping costs will be calculated and incorporated into your quote. 

 

Returns: 

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with a product, we are happy to refund the cost of that product or send out a replacement, providing you have contacted us within 14-days of receiving your order.

Before this can be actioned, please raise a refund request via our Contact Us page. We will provide instruction on how to return the product. Once the product has been received by us we will issue a replacement or refund, as long as we receive the item unused, in perfect condition, and in it's original packaging. 

Please note, we can not cover the cost of any return shipping charges, unless the item you received was damaged, faulty or incorrect. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

 

Lost or Damaged Orders:

We take great care in carefully packaging your order before handing over to our courier. Unfortunately, orders can become damaged or lost during shipping.

In the event that an item arrives to you damaged, please get notify us on our Contact Us page. We will request a photo of the damaged item(s). Once verified, a replacement product will be handmade and sent out to you. If the item is no longer available, we will provide a full refund for the product.

If your order has not arrived in-line with the timelines above, please let us know via our Contact Us page. We aim to ship out a replacement to you within 48-hours of being notified.
